dishes, etc. We provide pillows and blankets but you will need your own linens and towels. Paper products (paper towels, kleenex, toilet tissue, napkins) are not provided.
The house sleeps nine. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom a double bed and a set of bunk beds, and the third bedroom a trundle bed (two twins) and a twin bed. We also provide a baby crib. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water that helps keep the sand out of the house.
Our rental week is Monday through Sunday. Weekend rental is Friday through Sunday. Reservations must be made in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. Refunds are only made with two weeks written notification of cancellation. The rental balance and a security deposit are due when the keys are picked up.
Pets are not allowed on the premises, inside or out.
The telephone is available for your convenience. Long distance calls are the renter’s responsibility.
We thoroughly enjoy our time at El Retiro and we are sure that you will find it a convenient, comfortable, and peaceful retreat.
